Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, store credit, or a refund.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to indicate which products you would like to return, or contact us directly
2. Send confirmation of your collection address
3. Send all necessary items back on the agreed collection day
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must be in original, resaleable condition and have no visible signs of wear or use
- Orders over a value of ZAR 2,500-00 may only be returned for a different product or store credit, not a refund
- Undergarments and postpartum belts cannot be returned
Additional Information:
- Refunds, replacements product, or store credit will be processed once the items have been received back and verified
- Refunds are issued less the cost of delivery and return shipping
- We ask customers to wrap items carefully for return to ensure that they remain in original condition once returned to us
- Lost or damaged returns will be assessed and verified as per reason given
- It will take up to 10 working days after we receive the returned goods to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account
- If your order arrives damaged in any way or if the product is not as described, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct and undamaged product to you (assuming it is available) or refund you, depending on your preference
