We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over ZAR 450. For orders under R450, we charge a flat shipping fee of ZAR 70 throughout South Africa provided that our courier is able to deliver to your address. Our shipping policy is available here.
We commit to processing and shipping your order within 2 business days. We estimate a total delivery time of 2-5 working days. Once your order has shipped, our courier will provide tracking information and an approximate delivery day but unfortunately cannot provide the exact time. Our full shipping policy is available here.
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa to any address where our courier is able to complete a standard delivery. If our courier cannot deliver to your address -- for example, in cases of remote outlying locations or areas deemed high risk -- we will work with you to make alternate arrangements. In these cases, our courier can typically deliver to a nearby depot where you can collect. Our courier partners only deliver to a physical address, not a P.O. Box. We are unfortunately not able to ship to customers outside of South Africa.
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us as well as a payment confirmation directly from Payfast. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details either directly from us or our courier. If you haven't heard from us and are concerned about your order, please contact us. We will respond as soon as possible.
We offer returns for store credit, a different product, or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Our full return policy is available here.
We use Payfast, a trusted online payments platform in South Africa. Through Payfast, we accept payment by Credit or Cheque card (Mastercard or Visa), EFT, Masterpass, Zapper, or Snapscan.
No, we are currently an online-only brand. We started Little Weasel believing that we could bring unique products to more South African parents by focusing online. So we like to call this site our virtual showroom.We understand that it's sometimes important to touch and feel a product before making a final commitment, and this is why we will happily return or exchange any of our products within 30 days of purchase.
If we have run out of stock for a product you really want, we are really sorry. We know it's frustrating. We do our best to stay in stock. However, we frequently launch new products, and our newer lines sometimes go out of stock while we adjust production to match our customers' interest. We maintain waitlists for out-of-stock products. Please send us a message and we will let you know as soon as your preferred product is available again. Thank you for your love and support.
